We would like to welcome everyone back to Garden State Archers! Unfortunately our site was down for quite some time due to our original host unexpetedly going out of business and some technical difficulties with transffering the data to a new server. We are now back up and running and will be constantly making updates until everything is back to the way it was, or at least pretty close! So please take your time and browse around the site and we hope to see everyone out at the club real soon! |

On 13 April at 7 a.m the Garden State Archers will be hosting the 3rd Annual Wild Game Chili-Cook Off. This event was a big success the last two years and a lot of fun for everyone that came out. There will be a 14 Field/14 Hunter round and 30 3-D animals. For only $12 you can shoot whatever you want for as long as you want, AND you get a free lunch! Incredibly delicious fresh smoked ham from My Place Smoked Meats in New Hope, PA, hot dogs, hamburgers, and all the sides and fixin's!
Any one individual, club, or organization can also come out and submit their entry for the wild game chili cook-off. The only rule for the chili is that it must be made from wild game. Awards will be given for the Hottest Chili, the Best Flavored Chili, and the Most Unique Chili. Pre-notification is not required, however would be appreciated. Please

if you would like to submit an entry. Let us know who you are or what club you are representing. Please bring your entry early, in a crock pot. If your chili traditionally goes well with crackers, rice, cheese or other toppings, please have them available for the judging.
The intent of this shoot is for everyone to come out and have fun. Score cards will be available, however they are not mandatory. If you don't want to keep score, you don't need to. So mark your calendar and get your gear ready! We hope to see you out there! |
